• Minitreks: Travel booking, adventure tours, corporate travel management, car rentals, event planning.
• Twaisa: Job discovery, recruitment tools, HR services, employer dashboards, hiring support.

These services may include bookings, listings, consultancy, support, or software access.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our platforms independently. By registering or using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Accounts & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Codrion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

4. Bookings, Payments & Fees

a) Minitreks (Travel Services)

Bookings require partial or full payment as stated at checkout. Payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, or secure card payment. Confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may change in case of force majeure.

b) Twaisa (Recruitment Services)

Job seekers use the platform for free unless otherwise stated. Employers are charged based on listing type, duration, or access to premium features. Payment terms and refund conditions are specified at the point of purchase.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Travel bookings: Partial refunds may be issued based on notice period. Non-refundable costs (e.g., permits, third-party charges) may be excluded.
• Job listings: Listings and subscriptions are non-refundable once active.
• Codrion reserves the right to cancel services for operational or legal reasons. In such cases, refunds or credits may be provided.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post or transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content.
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive or exploitative behavior on our platforms.

Codrion may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All platform content is owned by or licensed to Codrion.
• Users may not reuse or distribute content without written permission.
• User-submitted content grants Codrion a license to use it for operational and marketing purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Codrion may link to or integrate services from third-party providers (e.g., GetYourGuide, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content or service behavior.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Codrion provides services "as is". We are not liable for:

• Uninterrupted access or errors
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Losses exceeding the amount paid for the service
